Timorous by name, beastie by nature. Robert Burns' little mouse was a timid wee guy but Douglas Laing's beastie is not for the fainthearted. A marriage of only Highland Single Cask Single Malts, including those distilled at Strathearn, Glengoyne, Glen Garioch, Dalmore and Blair Athol distilleries, amongst others

Nose: initially sweet, then floral warmth with barley and honey.

Palate: spicy raisin with sugary, fudge followed by a subtle sweetness with sumptuous oak and hints of milky cereals and meringue.
