The Epicurean Amarone Cask Finish Limited Edition is a brand-new release in the Epicurean “Wood Finish” series. In the passionate belief that the cask can give the spirit up to 70% of its flavour, the limited edition Wood Series has seen Doulas Laing tirelessly journey the globe, searching for the finest casks to finish our Epicurean spirit in.
After initially maturing in traditional oak casks over a number of years, the spirit has been finished in a hand-selected, Amarone Single Cask from the Valpolicella Region in Northern Italy.

Anticipate an explosion of spices on the nose and hints of tropical sweetness. The palate delivers those ginger and nutmeg notes, coupled with milk chocolate and running to a tangy raspberry finish.
