This incredible bottler, Glaschu Spirits Co. is owned by Paul Jamieson and Julian Mithoff and based in Glasgow, Scotland (Glaschu is Gaelic for Glasgow). The Glaschu guys have backgrounds in aircraft engineering so decided to use that theme for the Glaschu labels - the subject and colour changes with each release but is always in the same art deco style design.

Strathdearn is the name of Tomatin Distillery's wholesale cask trading arm. The first formal distillery at the site near Loch Ness was established in 1897, and is one of Scotland's highest distilleries. Tomatin now has 12 working stills and is known for its classic light, unpeated soft, fruity style. 

This 10 year old dram spent its first 9 years maturing in a refill bourbon barrel, before it arrived to Glaschu and was transferred into a first-fill Madeira wine cask, for its final year. Once a light, vanilla-rich whisky is now a vibrant amber nectar of apricot, caramel and custard.

This dram's artwork featurs the 'Viperfish', a fiberglass submarine, built in the 1960s by US Navy submariner, Dan Taylor. Taylor scoured the depths of Loch Ness in his Viperfish, on the hunt for the elusive monster...
