Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.

Nose​: maritime. Smoked haddock in warm butter, really kippery. Savoury peat-smoke initially, but then slightly sweet / burnt rubber notes emerge.
 
Taste​: intense. Soft, sweet peat - slightly medicinal, but with some really nice fruity notes - fresh blueberries and apricots. Cracked black pepper at the close. A super-approachable, unadulterated peated Islay malt.
