This whisky is the third “Casks of Lindores 2” bottling released by the newly revived distillery at Lindores Abbey - 523 years after the first recorded distillation of Scotch Whisky in 1494. Exclusively matured in Oloroso Sherry bottling, this dram completes the set of 3 Casks of Lindores bottling.

Nose: dates, figs, molasse, vanilla cream, chocolate ganache and hints of cinnamon.

Palate: soft notes of raisins, date syrup, molasse and dark chocolate ganache paired with roasted walnuts and spicy cinnamon. Smooth and silky texture.

Finish: medium to long with lingering dried fruits.
