As a tribute to Orkney's Viking history, the gin names and botanicals are all linked to Norse heritage - Kirkjuvagr means 'Church Bay' in Old Norse and Beyla was the goddess of bees, with a strong connection to the earth.
Our Orcadian botanicals are locally grown and handpicked; these include, Norwegian Angelica, Ramanas Rose, Burnet Rose, Borage and traditional Orkney bere barley.

Beyla contains Orcadian honey and Scottish raspberries in tribute to the Norse goddess.
