Their products are crafted with care using a traditional copper still and botanicals are sourced from across the island landscape to create premium spirits that embody life on the Scottish isles.

ISLAND GIN
Botanicals: Herbal – Pineapple – Mint
Alcohol - 43% ABV

Island Gin showcases the very best of Bute. For the opening of the new Bute  distillery space, their team came together to create something truly refreshing and tropical. This is a herbaceous and fruity gin full of pineapple and mint flavours. The bottle artwork is painted by local landscape artist Emma S Davis, Morning Reflections, Port Bannatyne. Hand crafted and bottled on Bute.

GORSE GIN
Botanicals: Coconut – Vanilla – Pine
Alcohol - 43% ABV

Infused with handpicked gorse from the grounds of Mount Stuart to give a floral nose with hints of coconut and vanilla, reminiscent of a summer’s day walk along the Bute coastline. Hand crafted and bottled on Bute. 

HEATHER GIN
Botanicals: Bright – Floral – Grapefruit
Alcohol - 41% ABV

Wild heather, which is handpicked across the Isle of Bute, gives this gin a vibrant floral nose. Balanced with the sweetness of pink grapefruit to create a bright citrus finish. Hand crafted and bottled on Bute.

OYSTER GIN
Botanicals: Citrus – Savoury – Maritime
Alcohol - 43% ABV

The world’s first Oyster Gin. 

The still is charged with the shells of wild Scottish oysters to add a delicate maritime essence. When blended with citrus and other botanicals, this creates a savoury gin which is the perfect pair with seafood and the ideal base for a martini. However, to begin with you must try Oyster Gin neat, the taste profile is one of a kind.

OAKED GIN
Botanicals: Vanilla – Raisins – Stonefruit
Alcohol - 43% ABV

Oaked Gin is distilled using oak from Scottish whisky barrels to extract natural flavours of vanilla. When blended with a mix of warming spices, this creates a smooth creamy gin with a subtle nod to Scotland’s rich distilling history. This is a sophisticated spirit and must-try for all gin or whisky enthusiasts.
