Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.
Nose: Excellent bouquet of toasted coconut and roasted almonds.
Taste: Soft and very engaging, this is a well:matured dram. Custard creams and buttery shortbread are prevalent, and the anticipated sweet spice from the rye cask is gentle and very well:integrated.
