A quaint little highland distillery, Glenglassaugh sits slap bang in the middle between Buckie and Banff, on Scotland's northern coast. This particular Craigmills was distilled in 2011 and then immediately filled into a first fill Tawny Port barrique. 12 years later it was picked up by Glaschu, eager to get this delicious liquid into glass.

Nose: port flavoured goodness, stewed cherry and plum.

Palate: delightfully complex and creamy, orange zest, raisins and cinnamon.

Finish: dark chocolate and vanilla on the finish.
