This excellent dram is part of The Wood Collection which is a limited edition series focusing on the different types of Sherry casks. 

Nose: soft orchard fruits, cinnamon and heather honey, with butterscotch, hazelnuts and dark tobacco.

Palate: honeycomb, maraschino cherry and dried apricots, followed by poached pears, blood orange, mixed nuts and cinnamon.
