This small batch gin is distilled in the far north of Scotland using sustainably sourced sugarcane and molasses from the Caribbean, and matured in local whisky casks from the Scottish Highlands. One of the botanicals, Scots Pine, is taken from the founder's first family Christmas tree, planted in their garden in 1993!

Juniper, Scots Pine and local botanicals create a soft, citrus character.
