Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.

Nose​: an intense nose. Concentrated vanilla, caramel, crushed digestive biscuits and warm, buttery shortbread.
 
Taste​: a warming dram, with that typical Craigellachie chunkiness. The virgin oak influence is strong - pouring honey, sweet butterscotch, molten Demerara sugar and almond pralines. Some sweet spiciness comes through at the back - nutmeg, and a little pepper - with a hint of marzipan too.
