Complex and robust flavours of a heritage barley variety. Bere Barley dates back to the start of Scottish agriculture so is probably the oldest cereal in continuous commercial cultivation from the 8th century to the present day.

Nose: warm citrus, tropical fruit, maltpeaches, vanilla, orange, fudge, rose and violet.

Taste: malt, popcorn, brown sugar, porridge, stone fruits, vanilla, coconut and marzipan.
