The Aultmore 21yr is like the ultimate fruit crumble, made of apples, pears and Cantaloupe melon, drenched in a creamy vanilla custard, and garnished with a sprig of Rosemary. It is a wonderfully complex dram, that you can slowly sip and savour as it evolves in the glass.
