Clydebuilt Scottish Dry Gin brings to mind the decadent cocktail hours enjoyed onboard Clydebuilt vessels when they left our shores, with a design inspired by the crystal glasses, gleaming brass and streamlined Art Deco interiors of the luxury liners built on the Clyde.
Handcrafted at Bankfoot Farm, this small batch gin is distilled in a traditional Scottish-made copper pot still. Clydebuilt Scottish Dry Gin blends locally foraged flora with classic gin botanicals from all over the world to create a Scottish Dry Gin that reflects both the local pride in the Clyde shipyards, and the global influence of the ships built there.
Classic dry gin notes of piney juniper, sharp citrus, and exotic coriander sit alongside locally foraged botanicals from the slopes overlooking Ardgowan Distillery: gorse, wood sorrel, garden mint and sweet woodruff.
Palate: Fresh pine and citrus, subtle hints of marzipan and cinnamon
Finish: Dry and peppery, with more sweet marzipan
