Matured in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead, this whisky delivers everything expected from PX in European oak.
Aged at Ardgowan and bottled at 58.5% ABV the cask imparts concentrated sweetness with notes of dried fruits treacle and soft oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and natural in colour.
Colour: Deep amber
Nose: Ripe figs, sticky dates, and rich caramel.
Palate: Velvety toffee, dark chocolate, and a touch of espresso.
Finish: Long, sweet, and luxuriously smooth.
