This time matured in a Manzanilla sherry hogshead sourced from the coastal warehouses of Miguel Martín at Sanlúcar De Barrameda.
Known for its lighter coastal style, Manzanilla sherry imparts freshness and saline character, offering a brighter, more delicate profile compared to the previous PX and Oloroso releases.
Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and natural in colour.
Colour: Pale Gold
Nose: Crisp green apple, floral notes, and toasted almonds.
Palate: Zesty citrus with a gentle nuttiness.
Finish: Fresh and delicate.
