Big Peat is seriously committed to smoke… He's a feisty character with a hint of sweetness - a blend of Single Cask Single Malts exclusively from Islay including, Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore and the elusive Port Ellen.
Nose: fresh, briny and clean, followed by sweet peaty malt.
Palate: ashes, sweet tar, beaches and smoking chimneys with a lingering finish of sea salt, smoke, bonfire ashes and a phenolic quality.
