Around 75% of a whisky’s flavour will develop from the cask so the team source exceptional casks from the very best vineyards, bodegas and whiskey-makers across Europe and America. Using the very best wood balances the natural character and slowly develops into extraordinary spirit.

The combination of classic Speyside malt and the traditional Sherry casks has produced tempting aromas of fruit cake, sticky toffee and apple which follow on the palate, leaving a mellow finish of sweet oak spice.
Character: light, sweet malt, citrus fruits with hint of nuts.
Influence: praline, orange and spice with rich caramel.
