This rare release mark a collaboration between two distilleries Raasay and Arbikie and this is a dram produced exclusively for the UK market. Raasay unpeated spirit crafted from Concerto barley from the Arbikie estate is then matured in Ex-Woodford Reserve casks. The result is something different from Raasay core style, a distinct and interesting flavour profile.
Nose: Bright, green apple, caramel, banana, spice, creamy, candied plum, vanilla & raison.
Palate: Black pepper, stewed fruits, ginger bread and brown sugar.
Finish: Pine sap, mint, dark chocolate.
