Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.
Nose: Macaroon bar and marzipan.
Taste: Medium to heavy, creamy, with strong dessert notes. Sweet, mouth:coating mocha and dark chocolate to the fore: the influence of PX is quite evident here. A touch of cloves emerges as the dram evolves.
