The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength has become one of the distillery’s most celebrated releases, with each batch carefully refined by Master Distiller Billy Walker in pursuit of ever greater depth and complexity. Batch 13 continues that philosophy, marrying whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks with red wine and virgin oak casks to create a rich, full-bodied Speyside single malt.
Bottled at its natural cask strength of 59.8% ABV, this latest batch delivers an intense yet beautifully balanced whisky, showcasing GlenAllachie’s signature honeyed character alongside layers of chocolate, dark fruits and warming spice. As always, it is presented with natural colour and without chill filtration for maximum flavour.

Nose:
Mocha, crystallised ginger and cinnamon, followed by mānuka honey and muscovado sugar, with treacle and maraschino cherries.
Palate:
Cocoa, salted caramel and warmed honey, followed by baking spices, blood orange and molasses tart, with glazed blackberries and fig syrup on the finish.
