Glen Moray has been distilling in the heart of Speyside just outside Elgin on the banks of the River Lossie since 1897.
The Fired Oak Cask Finish dram was first matured in American Oak, creating a light, vanilla oak character. The deeply charred Cask finish of 4-6 months gives notes of barley sugar, pineapple sweets, toffee, dark fruit jam, vanilla, dark chocolate and a hint of smokiness.
