Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.

Nose​: deep, heavy fruit aromas. Rum and raisin fudge. Oven-baked apples and raisin strudel.
 
Taste​: weighty, mouth-coating and lush, this is super tasty, with a classic PX Sherry influence - stewed raisins and sultanas, rich cocoa and molten brown sugar. Cinnabons, with a touch of warming all-spice and ginger.
