Harvest Edition (3rd Crop) is the second in a new and final set of four
limited editions, marking the end of the Seasonal trilogy from John Campbell and the team at Lochlea distillery. Lochlea Harvest Edition reflects the time on the farm when the golden barley is ready to be harvested for next years production. The spirit is unpeated and presented naturally with no chill filtration or artificial colouring.

Over the past few years, Lochlea's seasonal small batch releases have showcased
the signature Lochlea style in four different ways. As a working farm, these
expressions tie-in with exactly what is happening at that time of year.

This whisky has been double matured in refill bourbon barrels and port hogsheads,
alongside an oloroso sherry butt, offering a different take on the sweet,
summery flavour profile associated with the Harvest trilogy. With the
spirit another year older, expect rich dessert notes upfront balanced by
savoury black pepper on the finish.

Nose: bright red grapes, fresh strawberry jam and clotted cream.

Palate: sweeter notes of baked apple pie and white chocolate.

Finish: beautifully balanced, with savoury notes of cracked black pepper.
