This exceptional 7-year-old Bowmore Islay single malt, matured in 2nd fill bourbon barrels, transports you to Islay's windswept shores. The air is rich with sea salt and distant smoke, as waves crash against jagged rocks and seagulls circle overhead. On the palate, soft notes of vanilla and lemon zest intertwine with warm oak and a hint of salted toffee.
