Nose: sweet peat, but earthy and vegetal, with underlying dark fruit notes.
Taste: an elegant combination of contrasting flavours - the sweet notes of Demerara sugar, marmalade and citrus, versus the savoury components - smoky phenols and cracked black pepper.
