This label shows the worlds biggest flying boat, the Sanders-Roe Princess doing a low pass over the Caol Ila distillery. Parts of the Sanders-Roe were manufactured in Glasgow. Caol Ila means "the sound of Islay" in Gaelic.

Finished for 13 months in a single first fill ruby port barrique

Nose: smoked bacon, barbeque sauce, freshly baked cherry pie.
Palate: smokey stewed red fruits, plum jam, dark chocolate, lemon drizzle.
Finish: juicy flame raisins.
