Track 7, Born to be Wild is the latest release from the rock-n-rollers at Turntable and is a blend of Scotland's new era of distilleries. Each one brings a distinctive voice: coastal winds carrying whispers of sea salt, fertile fields giving rise to rich organic grain, fermentation times that stretch far beyond the norm to coax out hidden depths of flavour.

Tasting notes: a smoky-sweet dram of sea spray and campfire, layered with teriyaki and bacon richness. Warming spice leads to a gentle finish of cream, peach, and barley biscuit
