The fruity and funky new expression from Inverclyde’s own Shipyards Gin. Hale Moku is Shipyard in Hawaiian so expect notes of pineapple, raspberry and passion fruit from this new core release.
Nose: Bright and inviting with ripe passionfruit, sweet pineapple, and a hint of fresh berry and citrus.
Palate: Juicy and exotic — passionfruit leads, supported by a burst of raspberry and the subtle warmth of pineapple, all anchored by a smooth juniper undertone.
Finish: Clean and crisp, with a lingering note of tropical fruit and a gentle botanical spice.
