Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.
Nose: dense and Autumnal; oven-baked apples, stewed sultanas and a burst of cranberry.
Taste: orchard fruit sweetness and decent heft. Indulgently sweet - apricots, amaretti biscuits, marmalade on toast and Biscoff biscuits. A little nutmeg flex towards the close.
