Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.

Nose​: a huge nose! Heavy, as Marty McFly would say… Almond pralines, cherries, marzipan and coconut.
 
Taste​: great Scott, this is intense! Rich treacle toffee, cinnamon spice and cloves, with a helping of clootie dumplings. Stewed fruits - raisins and figs. Dark chocolate and molasses. Really spicy  (cloves) towards the end.
