Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.

Nose: Concentrated. A fruit cocktail of clementines, peaches and strawberries, with a cameo from marinated raisins.

Taste: ​Apple and raisin strudel, with butterscotch and Muscovado sugar. A touch of red grapes. Underpinned by cinnamon spice.
