This release is a 2013 vintage bottled at 10 years old. Ardgowan's whisky maker Max McFarlane has selected four 1st fill sherry hogsheads, and married together, these have created a wonderful sherried whisky whilst not masking the original distillery character, a sign of things to come with Ardgowan Distillery!

Nose: rich complex black cherries, heather honey, teak oil, and roast hazelnuts.
Palate: full and intense with oat biscuits dipped in dark chocolate and notes of old bookshelves.
Finish: long & lingering, light tannins, sweet black tea and cigar smoke.
