From the Gaelic, Gleann Aileachaidh, meaning Valley of the Rocks, this independent, Scottish owned and managed whisky company focuses on the important things: making great whisky and enjoying life.

Founded in 1967, GlenAllachie Distillery is nestled in the heart of Speyside, just outside the charming town of Aberlour and at the foot of Ben Rinnes. Surrounded by heather-strewn hills and ancient granite rock, GlenAllachie draws its water from the nearby Springs of Ballantynes, renowned for their purity and softness: an essential ingredient in crafting its rich, fruit-forward style of single malt whisky.

Once a quiet contributor to blends, GlenAllachie has flourished under new ownership, embracing bold cask maturation and small batch releases, earning itself a place amongst Speyside legends.

Sinteis’ (pronounced sin-teesh) meaning ‘synthesis’ in Scottish Gaelic, embodies Glenallachie's cask creativity as they merge two bold yet complementary wood types to concoct unparalleled expressions.

Merging single malt matured in Sherry casks with spirit from Mongolian virgin oak barrels has resulted in a beautifully layered whisky with notes of dark chocolate, baked orchard fruits and warm pastries.

OLOROSO SHERRY
The darkest of the dry sherries, Oloroso derives its deep mahogany hue and rich character from extended oxidative ageing in wooden casks. Renowned for its pronounced nutty complexity, it also delivers a remarkable array of dried fruit
characteristics.

PEDRO XIMÉNEZ SHERRY
An intensely sweet, syrupy sherry with a signature rich, velvety texture and deep mahogany colour. Renowned for its luscious sweetness , Pedro Ximénez delivers distinctive notes of dried figs, raisins and molasses, alongside hints of toffee,
treacle and dark chocolate.

MONGOLIAN VIRGIN OAK
Quercus mongolica typically originates in East Asia. Casks are incredibly rare as the oak requires over a century to mature , and only naturally felled trees can be harvested. Dense and fine -grained, this distinctive oak imparts delicate notes of light
caramel, honey and floral nuances

Nose: Baked pastries and butterscotch, followed by brandied orchard fruits, cocoa and
treacle tart, with cinnamon and crystallised ginger.

Taste: Candied hazelnuts, baking spices and plum syrup, followed by spiced baked
orange, vanilla ice cream and mocha, with mānuka honey and fig jam.
