Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.
Nose: a classically Speyside nose, with engaging aromas of pineapple, banana custard and vanilla ice cream.
Taste: an uncompromised expression of Caperdonich, ghost distillery, distilled in its antepenultimate year of production. A creamy dram, displaying big cereal flavours - digestive biscuits, butterfly popcorn and crisp cornflakes - which marry with the sweeter notes of honeycomb and butterscotch, and a touch of allspice.
