Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.
Nose: fantastic aromas of toasted oak, buttery shortbread and soft almonds, with an intriguing hint of Balsamic.
Taste: intense and rich, lots going on here. Apricot and pecan bake, and Seville orange marmalade, alongside salted caramel, roasted peanuts and tangy ginger.
