Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.
Nose: Heavyweight sweetness. Mocha, oven:fresh hot cross buns and marzipan croissants.
Taste: Lush and unctuous… a PX:inspired volcanic combination of molten Demerara sugar, dark chocolate, bonfire toffee and fig rolls, with underlying cinnamon spice.
