Located in Perthshire on the Highland–Lowland border, Aberargie Distillery follows a true barley-to-bottle philosophy. Barley is grown on the family’s 300-acre farm and distilled, matured, and bottled entirely on-site.
This Laureate Expression showcases a newer generation of barley, selected for its resilience and exceptional flavour potential. Laureate has a 68% influence from first-fill sherry casks, balanced with 32% first-fill bourbon maturation.
Tasting Notes: a vibrant whisky with norts of zesty candied orange peel and dried fruits, balanced with clean, crisp notes of ripe orchard fruits and a long lasting honeyed finish.
