Tobermory 21, Single Malt Whisky

Tobermory 21 year old is small batch produced at our distillery on the Isle of Mull.  Distilled into whisky refill cask on the 16th of December 1999, this spirit was then transferred into Oloroso sherry casks on the 26th of February, 2015.  The result is a beautifully sweet and vibrant dram.  Like all our whiskies, this is non-chillfiltered and natural colour, with an abv of 46.3%, mirroring our other core range expressions.

Nose:
Marzipan, hazelnuts, toffee and treacle.  Furniture wax

Palate:
Cherry wood, brown sugar, caramelised pineapples and sticky toffee

Finish:
Fresh, light and sweet
