Bottled by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, the casks that are bottled – often whiskies from lesser-known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available – hence the name ‘Infrequent Flyers’.
Nose: A concentrated combination of coconut, rum babas, crushed digestive biscuits and foam banana sweets.
Taste: Initially quite spicy, and , then comes the sweet intensity of the virgin oak: crisp cannoli shells, buckwheat honey, Demerara sugar and crème brûlée.
