Around 75% of a whisky’s flavour will develop from the cask so the team source exceptional casks from the very best vineyards, bodegas and whiskey-makers across Europe and America. Using the very best wood balances the natural character and slowly develops into extraordinary spirit.

Port Dundas was once one of Scotland’s major grain whisky producers before closing in 2011, making mature releases such as this increasingly sought after. With just 200 bottles produced, this UK-exclusive release combines the appeal of a silent distillery with the depth and maturity of a 26-year-old single cask whisky.
Nose: Buttercream, apricot jelly, vanilla pod.
Palate: Sweet popcorn, banana custard, toffee.
Finish: Mellow oak, lingering sweet cereal.
