The successor to 'The Spirit of Glaschu', this is the latest release by Glasgow-based independent bottler, Glaschu Spirits Co.

It's a 7-year-old, single-cask, Tullibardine that's been fully matured in a first-fill Saint Emilion Barrique - a red wine from the Bordeaux region in France. It's a deep red hue with a rich red wine nose and complex layers of fruity goodness.

Nose - The rich red wine is the prominent first star to hit the stage, followed by stone fruits, plum jam and cola bottle sweeties

Palate - That first bite into a candy apple, chocolate oranges and sweet cake... let's just call it jaffa cakes, followed by a bit of red wine tannins

Finish - Strawberry ice cream turns to French oak for a good length finish that sticks to your mouth
