Crystal-clear waters and a beautiful balance of the finest botanicals, Misty Isle Gin truly captures the ‘spirit of Skye’. A blend of botanicals such as juniper, coriander, angelica, lemon are used alongside a secret, high-altitude botanical only found on the Isle of Skye. This ‘Old Tom’ is packed with fruit including pears, blackcurrents, meadowsweet and raspberries which have all been grown in our distillery garden.
