Since Master Blender Billy Walker became custodian of MacNair's, his defining purpose has been in step with the spirit of 19th century founder Harvey MacNair.

and elevates them to optimum lavour experience at The GlenAllachie Distillery through blending and marrying in premium quality casks, assured by decades of masterful expertise.

Master Blender Billy Walker sourced this pot still Jamaican rum from Clarendon Distillery at multiple ester levels. The spirit underwent a unique maturation journey; fully aged at The GlenAllachie Distillery. Initially matured in American and French oak at 86% ABV, the rum was reduced to 69% ABV and re-filled to casks which previously held peated spirit distilled at GlenAllachie. This unusual process allows for wood interaction at two different 'solution characteristics', delivering a diverse spectrum of flavours.

Nose: Lashings of pineapple, smoked plantains and cinnamon, with vanilla, butterscotch and soked Caribbean jerky.

Taste: Bursting with ripe banana, grapefruit and butterscotch, with mango, sugar cane, cocoa, ginger and vanilla.
