Kentucky Owl The Wiseman Bourbon Whiskey is composed of four Straight bourbons, each matured for up to eight years. On the nose, you get aromas of caramel, allspice, citrus and oak. On the palate, the aromas are complemented by hints of vanilla, caramel ice cream, baking spice and peppery oak. It's great for sipping neat and works great in whiskey cocktails.
