This is the 3rd release by Glasgow-based independent bottler and all round cheeky chappies, Glaschu Spirits Co.

It's a 11 year old (almost 12) single cask from Glengoyne Distillery that's been matured in ex-bourbon barrels before a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez sherry quarter casks.

Nose - Rich dates give away the sherry finish, Werther’s Originals, leather, liquorice and tobacco.

Palate - Crushed Walnuts, followed by a malty Guiness-like hue, falling into a sweeter end note of caramel and honey.

Finish - A rich warming finish that sticks to your gums, dark chocolate and honey.
