GLENALLACHIE 8
Cask - Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso puncheons, virgin oak and red wine barriques
Age - 8 years

Created from a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak casks and red wine barriques, the resulting bronze spirit delivers sherry-matured sophistication.

Nose: heather honey, butterscotch and cinnamon, followed by waves of ginger, toasted almonds and mocha.

Palate: lashings of treacle, dried sultanas and butterscotch, with cinnamon, peppermint and honeycomb.

GLENALLACHIE 12
Cask - Pedro Ximenez, Oloroso Sherry and virgin oak
Age - 12 years

The landmark 12 year old is selected and bottled from our best casks and sits at the the heart of the Glenallachie range.

Nose: heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch, sticky raisins and background mocha.

Palate: orange zest, heather honey and damsons; followed by mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates.

Cask - Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso puncheons and hogsheads
Age - 15 years

The 15 year old is the jewel in the crown of the distillery's core range.

Nose: dark cherries, golden syrup and sweet spices to the fore, with hints of toffee, glazed figs and hazelnuts.

Taste: our heather honey hallmark, alongside orange peel, cocoa and ginger, with caramelised brown sugar on the finish.
