Created by George Urquhart in 1968, the Connoisseur's Choice range provided a platform for lesser known distilleries to showcase their single malts. At this time, most spirit was used in blended whiskies so this range was unique, pioneering and ever-changing. To date there have been more than 2,000 bottlings from almost 100 Scottish distilleries.

Nose: Rich vanilla and white chocolate aromas.

Palate: Grapefruit zest, pineapple and watermelon are balanced by black pepper.

Finish: A medium finish with lingering spice and fruit.
