The small, limited bottlings express the unique differences of each batch rather than trying to aim for consistency and is bottled in a way that many of the distilleries cannot due to restrictions. The Càrn Mòr range will be as close to drinking from the cask as possible.
This 9-year-old UK exclusive really is something special, hitting the perfect balance between distillery character and fruity sweetness. Spending 6 years in Bourbon Barrels followed by 36 months in a single Ruby Port barrique this favourite is well-rounded, sweet, and smoky with juicy blackberries and of course, some coastal peat.
